Akin' Harrison studied Mass Communication from the Lagos State University, School Of Communication (LASU-SOC).

He has worked as DSTV/ Technical Director on projects like the Big Brother Nigeria reality show when it was co-produced in Nigeria in 2006 by Endemol Nigeria, MNET (cable TV channel) and Storm vision. He trained as a TV/Film Producer in 2007 at the Independent Television Producers’ Association of Nigeria (ITPAN) Training School. As an introduction into the Celluloid filmmaking process in October 2008, Akin' Harrison worked as Assistant Director on 16mm short Film ‘Abo'baku’ on MNET New Directions Initiative, and his Director's credits include Royal Roots Communication’s TV Drama ‘My Mum & I’, Situation Comedy ‘Bella’s Place’, and TV comedy series, ‘House A-Part’.

In 2011 and 2012, Akin' participated in an entrepreneurial training at PAN African University Lagos, iREP documentary workshops in documentary production & Legal framework, and Lagos State/Nollywood Upgrade Master class in Film Directing.

Akin’ has directed two short films ‘Grand Scam Money Laundering (2013) and Alpha Mom (2014) which was nominated in the best short film category of Best Of Nollywood Awards, and which won the Best short film, Best Screenplay, and Best Actress at the In-Short film festival in Lagos Nigeria.

He has produced and directed his first full-length feature, romantic comedy Oracles Online under the production outfit, Muvipro Unit.
