I am a brand manager and semiotician, with special interest in the UAE and GCC region.

I am a strong proponent of the application of semiotics in real world, especially in the market place through the Brand Management + Marketing Semiotics mix, especially in challenging markets with convergence and complex categories.

Having dedicated the last third of my life to the study of Semiotics, I have come to know how it would be a great loss to keep semiotics inside universities and the academia when we can use it not only to better control and propel our businesses, but also to enrich our experience of being alive.
