My name is Alexander Cole and I am currently in my first year of studying journalism at Concordia University. I am also a part of the Institute for Co-operative education, where I am getting hands on experience in my field.

I am the Sports Editor for the on campus newspaper, The Concordian, where every week I am tasked with editing content and creating content for our weekly issue.

I have written over 20 stories for the student press at Concordia, which is something I take great pride in.

While attending John Abbott College for my pre-university studies, I was the Sports Editor for the student run newspaper Bandersnatch, where I wrote upwards of 15 stories for Sports and the other sections of the paper.

I also love writing about other topics such as Music, Video games and other facets of entertainment.

In my spare time, I enjoy writing short stories and poetry. One of my short stories was published in John Abbott College's literary magazine.

I have a huge passion for writing and when I am finished my undergraduate I hope to pursue a career in journalism or communications.
