Alicia Dawkins

Student, Consultant, and Small Business Owner in Atlanta, Georgia

An Atlantian for over 10 years.

Within that time I have worked in the non-profit, educational, and community development sectors. I have worn many hats: Environmental Educator, Resident Services Coordinator, Summer Camp and After School Program Director, Volunteer Manager, and more. Helping people help themselves has been my goal since I graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human and Organizational Development.

Most recently, I have added Entrepreneur, Consultant, and Grad Student to the above list.

My business is called Ki Of Life Reiki, and I offer energy healing and education. Clients come to me for relief from physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual pain. I also offer retail products that support a holistic lifestyle. You can find more info and book an appointment here.

As a consultant, I've helped various non-profit and for-profit companies organize, so that they can offer their products and services more efficiently. I have also shared my expertise in program development for After School Programs, Summer Camps, and Start Up Non Profit Organizations.

This fall I will begin a new educational chapter as a Master's of Social Work student at Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies.
