Alison Gray is a social entrepreneur, educator and mentor, and a passionate advocate for financial wellness for women.

In 2016, she co-founded Wellthy, the business behind The mindful wealth movement. Wellthy’s mission is to empower individuals with the mindset and skills to better manage their relationship with money and their future financial well-being.

Alison came late to entrepreneurship, starting her first business in her 40s after an extensive corporate career spanning more than 25 years in marketing and business management roles. She was a senior manager in the electricity industry, responsible for a team of more than 40 people and a multi-million dollar infrastructure development budget. Alison holds multiple qualifications including an MBA, and is a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs.

In addition to her business activities, Alison is a keen supporter of charitable causes. Her first entrepreneurial venture after leaving the corporate sector was a social enterprise online shopping portal called Gifts4Good, where every purchase supports a charity of the shoppers’ choice. She has also been a long-term volunteer with Queensland-based charities, GIVIT and the Pyjama Foundation.
