Alison Gray is a financial wellbeing speaker, trainer, money coach, and a passionate advocate for financial education and empowerment.

In 2016, she co-founded Wellthy, a business that specialises in supporting companies to deliver effective workplace financial education and wellness programs.

Wellthy’s mission is to support employees to develop healthy money habits, and empower them with the mindset and skills to better manage their relationship with money.

Prior to her focus on financial wellness, Alison had an extensive corporate career spanning more than 25 years in marketing and business management roles. She was a senior manager in the electricity industry, responsible for a team of more than 40 people and a multi-million dollar infrastructure development budget.

She now combines her decades of business experience with qualifications in financial counselling, financial planning and financial literacy education to deliver keynote talks, programs and workshops to change people's relationship with money.

She holds an MBA, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is a Certified Money Coach with the Money Coaching Institute (USA) and an Affiliate Member of the Financial Counsellors Association of Queensland. She is also an Associate Member of the Professional Speakers Association.

Outside of business, Alison is a keen hockey player and adventure traveller, and has contributed her time to a national charity as a financial coach supporting older women seeking to get back into the workforce.
