Hey there, I'm Edwin.

I'm a family guy who believes that we are capable of much more than we give ourselves credit.

Commitment, Creativity, and Resourcefulness are Part of My DNA.

— "THE ENEMY IS FEAR."

"If you could kick the person in the pants responsible for most of your trouble, you wouldn't sit for a month."

I study successful leaders and high performers in order to better understand the tactics and systems that help them become the best at what they do. Then, I share what I learn in my email newsletter.

My mission is simple: to help motivated-but-overwhelmed leaders become leaders worth following.

Coming from an immigrant and low-income background, I've become an advocate for personal and professional growth through education, mentorship, and service. I'm obsessed with learning how to become a more effective leader. More importantly, a leader worth following.

— "ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER"

In fact, most high achievers and successful people struggle with them every day. Want a copy of my notes!?
