Amanda found the perfect blend of her interests in business, sustainability and food via an MBA in Sustainable Systems and a Sustainable Food and Agricultural Systems Certificate from Pinchot University (formerly Bainbridge Graduate Institute).

As Chief Catalyst of Yellow Seed, her team facilitates connection between farmers and fair markets in order to create thriving human, agricultural and ecological systems. Yellow Seed ( is an impact driven, non-profit enterprise starting with a web platform for conscious trade of quality products, initially connecting cacao farmers around the globe to craft chocolate makers.
