I am CEO and Founder of CatalystCreativ, an engagement studio that designs experiences to help brands tell their story in a more impactful way. We are funded by the Downtown Project, (the 350 million dollar city as a start up project funded by Tony Hsieh). I earned my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Connecticut’s Neag School of Education and wrote my thesis on the impact outdoor community has on engagement creating a metrics of engagement.

I have used this foundation of understanding engagement in my approach to grassroots marketing and business development. I started with Paige Management in 2009 and built a community of clientele, bringing the company from its 2 million dollar status to its now 9 venue, 30 million dollar status in 2012. I built the events, marketing, social media, online marketing departments from the ground up.

I launched the Ainsworth, (number 1 sports bar 3 years in a row by Zagat) with no social media, using only grassroots marketing to do so. I oversaw partnerships with Axe/Unilever and Madison Square Garden, as well as created and spearheaded from the ground up a 16 week activation for LVMH for their new product Moet Ice in 2010 overseeing and activating a 16 week launch of events, tastemaker dinners and experiential marketing in a 15 bedroom estate in Watermill NY.

I co-founded and launched the Charity Connector event series, a socially nonprofit event series that started at Paige Management in 2010, and have worked with 200 nonprofits building community through strategic partnerships, events and marketing to help engage more individuals to support their fundraising efforts.

I was one of the event organizers for TEDX Big Apple, securing all of the in kind sponsors for the event as well as supported on production and curation. I was one of the producers of the Global Festival, a 60,000 person concert in Central Park, where I helped create the strategic partnerships necessary for digital, marketing, media and sponsorship.

I am a founding advisory board member for NPR's new millennial arm, GenListen, is a member of the World Economic Forum, Global Shapers, as well as a part of Ted, Summit Series and Nexus. I love to write and am a frequent writer for Huffington Post as well as have written in the wallstreet journal and Business Insider. I am an advisory board member for the nonprofit I Am That Girl and am on the board of directors for the nonprofit, Mama Hope.
