Amanda is an actor/dancer/singer studying in the BFA Musical Theatre Performance program at Columbia College Chicago.
Amanda's passion began when she was just six years old. Through dance she learned she loved the stage, which eventually lead her to the Musical Theatre world. She has participated in many productions through Richmond High School and the Southeast Michigan Youth Theatre, including playing Brooke Whyndham in Legally Blonde the Musical, Little Becky Two-Shoes in Urinetwon, and the Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz. In addition to her work on the stage, Amanda has also done extra film work through DB Rich Productions. Before her time at Columbia, Amanda studied at Carnegie Mellon University through their Pre-College Program for Music Theatre.
In addition to performing, Amanda has choreographed three productions at the Southeast Michigan Youth Theatre, and has taught dance at her local dance studio, Art in Motion Richmond Dance Academy for three years. Amanda has taught ages ranging from pre-school to upper middle school and styles including lyrical, poms, modern, and jazz.
