I was born on January 25th, 1989 in Surrey, BC. I have been living in Surrey my entire life and have enjoyed every moment. I have always been an individual eager to learn, willing to go beyond the norms for success. After graduating high school from North Surrey Secondary in 2006, I began attending Kwantlen Polytechnic University in the BBA in Accounting program. Coupled with my education, I have gained extensive work experience in sales, retail, customer service, and most importantly, federal income taxes. 5 tax seasons with the Canada Revenue Agency has given me the experience and knowledge in Canadian tax that will guide my future accounting career.
In addition to my education and work experience, I have become involved in community volunteer programs. Most recently I have volunteered with the YMCA as a Grade 8/9 basketball coach. I recently graduated from KPU in April of 2013 with a 3.10 GPA. I am also a current applicant with the RCMP.
Success doesn't come overnight, however I feel that I am ready to take on the world and fight the various challenges it puts forth!
