Amar Salvi is a versatile Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of experience ranging from Concept Selling, Executive Search, Consulting, Human Resources and Training.

He is an alumni of IIM, Bangalore (Executive General Management Program 2008)

A Certified Predictive Index Analyst since 2007, presently engaged with PI Resources India, in the capacity of a Predictive Index Associate. A Certified Life Coach from Symbiosis,USA, he coaches individuals and students on their personal and professional development. Amar uses Predictive Index extensively in his engagements, whether it be using Predictive Index as a selection tool or using it for coaching candidates on how to maximize their inherent drives in their personal and professional development.

Amar regularly conducts Interviewing Skills training workshops for corporates, including Competency Mapping Exercises using Predictive Index. He has trained over 400 Hiring Managers on Behavioral Event Interviews and Competency Based Interviewing.

He is one of the few in India who is a "Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor in Mind Mapping". He regularly conducts Creative Thinking and Goal Setting Workshops using Mind Maps. He has been trained in Dale Carnegie's 'World Class Customer Service' and a graduate of their Train the Trainer program.

Amar Salvi is available as an Interview Coach and guides senior candidates for their interviews. He also offers his services as an independent evaluator who can interview senior candidates and offer his views on their fitment, based on the BEI and a Predictive Index Assessment of the candidate.
