Amar Sider

I grew up in the greatest borough of the greatest city in the world: Brooklyn, New York.

As a high school swimmer I was honored with the Iron Horse award for MVP of New York City, and went on to NCAA Division I as a scholar athlete. Unfortunately it was cut all too short by a still nagging shoulder injury.

My professional life has been rich and diverse, enabling me to spend time in a host of memorable places throughout the USA. My time on the road was where the foodie in me was born. Cubano sandwiches in Miami, lobster rolls of Maine, but as a native New Yorker, the steamed buns and bubble tea in Flushing, Queens, are simply the best.

For fun I've trekked across most of western Europe, but nothing has been more exhilarating than driving the Grand Prix track in Monaco!

My career is my hobby, and I love every second of it with the most amazing company in the world. I'm privileged to be working with the most talented teams I've ever met, learning something new on a daily basis; experiences I never take for granted.

When I'm not at work, you can find me spending hours reading up on the latest news (mostly Apple related), pretending I'm a PGA Pro at a driving range, or waking up way too early for my own good on my days off.
