Hello & welcome to my personal home page.
My name is AMER ALJABERI. An Emirati born on the 8 anniversary of the UAE’s national day. I am proud & blessed to have an awesome family, with whom I live in Al Ain city, a well-known city of spring, green oasis, gardens, sand dunes, mountains, zoo, the birthplace of Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the first ruler & president of the UAE, a city that preserves its nature wonders from the historical up to its modern time.
I’m blessed to have a portfolio of 20 years of demonstrated working history in defense, aircraft maintenance & other industries, combined with a quality education & continuous self-development, I am always looking for challenges that sharpen my skills, qualifications, & experiences, hence be a valuable asset towards achieving my organization's objectives.
I hold 2 MBA degrees in Finance & Banking, as well as in Strategic Management, BBA in Management Information Systems MIS, & National Diploma in Aerospace Engineering (Airframe & Engine).
I’m currently working in AMMROC: Advanced Military Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center since 2011, I started as Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor on PC-21, then as Financial Analyst, & then I worked as Project Manager in capability development program. Currently I’m working as Process Improvement Specialist.
Previously, I worked as Customer Relationship Officer in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank ADIB. Also as Executive Assistant in SAAED Traffic Systems.
I started my career life in the UAE Air Forces, where I worked for 10 years in different technical roles, as Aircraft Safety Equipment Technician, Flight Line/Crew Chief, & Flight Line Controller.
I'm a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from ISSAC, & certified Trainer from Emirates Association for Management Consultants & Trainers EMCT.
My interests are mainly technology, business, entrepreneurship, finance, statistics, data analytics, design, travel, & sports.
From my interests comes some of my ambitions. I aim to establish an entrepreneurial startup in the field of Digital Transformation DX, the integration of the fourth industrial revolution 4IR into all areas of a business, profoundly changing how businesses operate & deliver value not only to customers but also to societies.
