From 2003-2013 Drake oversaw over $1.5 billion in new construction sales including towers, town homes, villas, and single family homes.
Drake is a licensed Realtor and has achieved the designation of Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and Member Institute Residential Marketing (MIRM), from the National Association of Home Builders. She serves on the Community Leadership Council of the University of South Florida, received a USF Distinguished Alumni Award, is a Big Sister (BB/BS of the Sun Coast) and a volunteer through the Literacy Council of Sarasota.
