I am a Business Process professional with +6 years of proven experience and relevant expertise in CRM, working with Salesforce.com and Open Source CRM tools for sales teams, in different geographies / markets such as: in Asia-Pacific; Europe; EECA; Middle East; Africa & Latin America.

The combination of my general management and professional skills with my experience enables me to act as a bridge between the customers, the marketing and the developers’ teams. Due to my solid background in CRM - Customer Relationship Marketing, I have built an integrated relationship with other main areas (Marketing, Development, Operations, and Sales), in order to benefit both the customers and the business as a whole, because I strongly believe that the business’ greatest successes come from customers and consumers.

Besides my experience in CRM and Marketing areas, I have also been working on the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 – (Information Security Management Systems & Processes) Certification, as "Lead Implementer" certified by the British Standard Institute.

I hold an Executive Program on General Management, with a specialization in Marketing (PGG) from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, with 18/20 in the Marketing module.
