Bacolod City, Philippines
I am a full-time farmer and a freelance photographer that was born and raised in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.
I graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) in Pasig City, Philippines with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and worked for a year in one of the Philippines leading advertising agencies, McCann Worldgroup Philippines. The team I was part of specialized in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
I have since left Manila and come home to Bacolod in order to take on the farmily business which is invloved in manily sugarcane production as well as fishpond leasing, lumber production and Philippine Sweet Mango production. I also purchase and operate food cart franchises on the side.
It was in Bacolod where I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a free-lance photographer. I started photography in highschool and have been mostly self taught but I have received formal education from the Philippine Center for Creative Imaging (PCCI). My strong foundation in marketing and my experience in the advertising industry has led me to quickly grasp the needs and requirements of clients seeking photographic materials for various purposes. This objective understanding of photography as a medium for communication coupled with the creative and artistic eye developed from my art has given me the tools needed to make my client's visions materialize into photographic print.
My sepcialties include Food, Product, Architectural, Interior and Landscape photography but I am also qualified for Portraiture, Pre-nuptial and Event photography.
I see photography as a way to constantly better myself. Not a day goes by without me wanting to learn something new about my art. My only wish is that I will be able to share the passion I have for photography with other people and allow them to see the world though my eyes one photo at a time.
