Andrew C. Yee

Whittier, CA

I want busy people to have confidence about their spiritual lives by giving them the information, tools, and habits that help them connect deeply with God in the midst of the many things they have to do.

My primary interest is spiritual formation – how God transforms us into the people we were intended to be, and how we become people who are healthy in our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am also very interested in productivity, habit formation, time management, deliberate practice, and teaching. All of these interests come together in what I offer to others.

I received a Master of Theology (Th.M.) in New Testament and a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in Spiritual Formation from the Talbot School of Theology, Biola University. I also received his spiritual director’s training while at Talbot and has been practicing spiritual direction since 2009. I received a Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and while I don’t work in that field, I use my engineering knowledge regularly in my work on spiritual formation.

I'm married and have two children. When I'm not working, I enjoy cooking, board games, and outdoorsing.
