I'm Kadik, a seasoned, award winning independent filmmaker from LA who loves hockey, paintball, video games and everything geeky. I've been studying visual storytelling for over a decade. My niche is editing but my dream is to write and direct my own action/adventure films and bring back the magic, fun and blissful escapism of classic blockbuster cinema. To that end, I make my own projects which populate my partnered YouTube channel named for my production company, Rogue Division, which caters to an audience of over seven thousand subscribers.

My latest is a Sci-Fi/Action short called Athena. It's a pilot for a larger story I want to continue in a series. The shoot was the most uniquely complex I've tackled. You can check out a ton of behind the scenes material for it on the RD channel and on the Athena Facebook page.

I'm a longtime competitor in the LA 48 Hour Film Project Competition. In 2016, I competed in my 7th year, fourth as team leader and director. We drew horror that time and we made a terrifying psychological thriller, The Calliope Box. It's lead actress, Payton Messina, won Best Actress in the Best of LA awards ceremony, marking the third time in a row where I've led the team and directed that we've been nominated for and/or won awards in the competition.
