I have worked on both the technical and project management side of many business data and system development projects, both ones entirely internal and those involving coordination of responsibilities among internal teams and external vendors.

I work on a small team of business solution architects who work across all functional organizations supporting business needs.

We just successfully completed an agile financial reporting application development project with a budget of over two million dollars.

This has involved requirements gathering across organizations, multiple supplier and vendor visits, requirements traceability matrix and statement of work development, user acceptance and regression test development, as well as actual technical execution of data delivery.

I love helping people answer the questions they need answered in order to be successful in their roles and in turn drive organizational success. By telling structured stories about the data businesses generate, we can better understand ground truth and head in the correct direction with confidence.
