Andrews was one of the technology transformation leaders who played a leading role in introducing modern technology into the telecoms ecosystem. He lead the development of several disruptive solutions.

These solutions enhanced adaptability, reduced total cost of network infrastructure ownership (TCO), enhanced energy efficiency and optimised operational efficiency, for Mobile Network Operators and Cloud Solutions Providers.

One of his most significant inventions is the first A.I driven neutral host solution, the CloudSimHypervisor; this is a ubiquitous end-2-end, autonomous vendor neutral and network neutral open network platform for telecoms and cloud service providers. Its also the first open network platform which delivers custom A.I driven cyber security solutions.

This system provides proactive solutions to some of the critical challenges that CSPs & Cloud Solution Providers are encountering with the emerging 5G, 5G+ & 6G technologies.

At the 5G World Summit 2019, Andrews was the only student from a UK University to present some of his modern networking solutions in 5G and future networks.

He's a member of the working group for IEEE Standards Society for Cloud Computing. This working group developed the IEEE Standard 2301 - 2020 - The Guide for Cloud Portability and Interoperability Profiles (CPIP)- A Standard which all Cloud Computing stakeholders, globally, adhere to. He's also in the working group which is currently reviewing P2301.

Andrews has two global patents to his name and he was endorsed as a UK Global talent, by Tech Nations UK in 2021.
