Following almost 15 years of experience of working for large international non-profit and creative organisations such as the British Council, Amnesty International and Leeds City Council Arts and Regeneration Unit in a variety of roles ranging from event organisation, fundraising, project management, partnerships, strategic leadership and most recently organisational development I am keen to return to work around the area of cities and urbanism. I have worked at local administration level (Leeds City Council Arts and Regeneration Unit), as well as managed an URBACT funded project, OPENCities, and am particularly interested in the idea of shared cities, creative hubs, inclusive urban planning and development and innovation at the city level. I am currently validated as a Lead Expert for URBACT where I offer support to local authorities & other stakeholders indesigning & delivering integrated participatory policies and facilitate exchange and learning at the transnational level. My focus is on managing diversity & inclusion and a thematic expertise in Art & Culture.
