Since 1984 I have been working with individuals, groups and organizations in areas such as, change management, career development, stress management, health and wellness, goal setting, and conflict management. I started with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Followed that with a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and then a Ph.D. in Professional Coaching and Human Development. In graduate school I became very interested in changes/transitions and focused my research on ways to help individuals and organizations make the most of both planned and unplanned changes. I've been following that path ever since. I have spoken to groups both large and small about transitions and working through life's changes. I have also been the editor of three separate monthly newsletter series on career development, change management, leadership skills and workplace wellness.
