I am deeply convinced that successful innovators are passionate to learn continuously in new environments and connect the dots. However, the proof lies in the transformation of vision and strategy into action.

"Everybody said it was impossible, until someone came along and just did it" - my career spans quite different intra- and entrepreneurial roles in marketing, brand and innovation strategy, with a focus on retail, sustainability and consumer goods/services.

I’m at my best in changing and challenging contexts, where different key capabilities and professional skills are needed:

- To build business, services and products from scratch, or to work on significant (re)development;
- To develop a concise and feasible vision and strategy, communicate clearly and inspire the relevant stakeholders and make strategy work;

- To build and lead the right team for the job, to empower others to maximize their potential

As a business consultant, I combine my professional experience in marketing, customer centered innovation strategy, brand strategy, trend research and business building in various (start-up) settings.

I hold a Masters’ degree in Arts Management, a Bachelor’s degree in German and Cultural Studies (Paris, Berlin), training certificates in Strategic Management and Innovation (Copenhagen Business School) and Design Thinking (Hasso Plattner Institut, Potsdam), a.o..

I have been appointed to the Advisory Board for the Economic Symposium at the European Forum Alpbach, Austria, in 2016.
I am quadrilingual (German, English, Dutch, French) and live with my German-Dutch family in Amsterdam.
