Metta Yoga Therapy flips this paradigm by accessing the wisdom of the body, mind, emotions and spirit through insight generated by you. A Metta Yoga Therapy session is a safe, sacred place for you to dialog and connect with the dynamic tapestry of your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and intuition which have been weaved together over your lifetime. You will be safely guided through these layers by an experienced practitioner using meditation, breath awareness, dialog and gentle yoga postures.
