I am fiercely committed to empowering the next generation of global leaders through events that foster social change. I've got a special heart for serving dynamic, creative, women leaders who are out to change the world. I love creating safe, creative environments that bring together high caliber leaders, rainmakers and influencers to experience themselves and make long lasting deep connections. People often leave my events unleashing their own creativity and joy in community.

For the last decade, my event portfolio includes Ignite WA, TEDxBellevue, University of Washington, Thrive Cafe, and Creativity Symposium.

I sold my 5 year financial planning practice in 2010 to puruse becoming a mom. After a 6 month sabbatical (published a children's book Aida & the Duke of Doubt), I had a water birth with no drugs and got to stay home with my son for his first years. However, this is an invented life, yes? At 18 months old, I was ready to go back full time into work. My husband quit his full time work to become a stay at home dad, and I become the sole breadwinner.

JoySprout Productions was born to help social enterprises unleash joy and creativity in community through providing strategic event planning and production services. I have lived abroad in Italy and South Korea and visited Africa, Costa Rica, and Qatar, but she has also been formally trained as an artist, violinist, and financial planner!

I am also a Self Expression and Leadership Program Leader, bringing over 5,000+ hours of professional training and development in communication, leadership, and team management for organizations who want to impact what it means to be human.
