Anne Augustine

As a psychologically-trained organisational consultant, Anne works with groups and teams to design and deliver people-centred interventions that facilitate more creative and purposeful performance. She is an EMCC-accredited leadership coach and facilitator, working with groups, senior leaders and high potential managers. Anne draws on person-centered, Gestalt and systems-psychodynamic psychology; complexity theory; storytelling; and design thinking in her work. She is certified to administer several psychometric instruments, and is a mental health first aider. Anne is a published author (industry report, research paper and practitioner handbook), a mental health charity trustee and an RSA Fellow. She has an MBA from the University of Oxford, and studied business psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry and the Tavistock Clinic. She trained as a coach with Myles Downey's School of Coaching, with further professional development at Meyler Campbell and Google's Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute.
