Over the last few years, I've been lucky to be part of the marketing strategies behind company rebrands, new Super Bowl ads, product launches, and sponsorship activations with teams like the Golden State Warriors (reppin' my hometown!). Through all this, I stayed close to how the consumer-facing experience impacted the employee experience—how these marketing strategies affected operations and how to keep employees informed and engaged for the duration of every campaign.As a consultant, I try to instill this duality in my clients. I guide them in integrating their external and internal communications, and treating the two with equal weight. After all, the best customer experience happens when you can galvanize a global workforce to live out the company vision at the same time.
