Professional Objective
I am seeking a senior level position in training as VP of learning and development for a Southern California based company. I’m also very interested in leadership roles for universities as dean or vice president. I help organizations by working closely with their people & identifying the delta between management's expectations & actual employee performance.

Selected Accomplishments
Successfully acquired funding for expanding education programs after facing financial challenges, resulting in a budget increase from $60,000 to $195,000
Established the learning & development department to resolve problems associated with inconsistent or ad hoc training; founded the corporate university by gaining executive support and financing which not only resulted in improved job performance, it created a new source of revenue
During high growth period, new hires required more in-depth training on the firm’s software; nurtured relationships with key staff members in multiple offices resulting in the establishment of local training departments for EY’s Pacific Southwest region saving the firm over $3.5 million
