For over 25 years Tony has worked with clients and organizations on the development of user-centered products, services, and experiences. Both a student and practitioner ofDesign Thinking, Tony serves as Director of Client Innovation & Strategy in RTC's RetailStrategy & Innovation Group. In his role, Tony partners with large as well as emergingretailers and brands to develop next generation consumer experiences. Driven by curiosityand an appetite for learning, Tony views the world through a "wide-angle lens" allowinghim to identify insights within the broad, sometimes non-obvious connections he’s able tomake. Tony applies the principles of Design Thinking to growth and innovation challengesfaced by his clients.

Tony holds a Master's Degree in Design Thinking and Innovation Planning from IIT's Institute of Design. He holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School and has completed Master's coursework in OrganizationalPsychology & Development at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Tony serves as an adjunctprofessor at the Institute of Design in Chicago and is a visiting professor at Rutgers University in their DesignThinking Certificate Program. Tony, teaches Design Thinking and Innovation and a Master's class in RetailInnovation at CEDIM in Mexico. Tony has served as a Director at-large in the University of Chicago's InnovationRoundtable and as a design coach in Northwestern University's Design for America, (DFA) program. Tonyfrequently presents on the subjects of design thinking, innovation, and consumer experience.
