Arlen Coiley is a chef and food entrepreneur based out of Skagit Valley, Washington. Originally from Lopez Island, he has built a career as a respected leader and connector in the Pacific Northwest food community.

With 10 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, Arlen has served as chef across a range of environments — from designing, building and running Storia Cucina in Bellingham, to managing Josephine: a 300-seat Italian restaurant in Boston to being the chef at Matia Lounge: an intimate fine dining program on Orcas Island. He is now a chef at the Swan House Farm dinners and independently offers private dining, event catering, and pop-ups designed to create unforgettable experiences.
