Arton is an Officer for Loans and Guarantees at the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro. During his professional career, he practiced various working positions such as Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Economics Podgorica, University of Montenegro, Sales Advisor at Gi Group, Sales Director at Greenorange, Financial Director at Sport Bet and Payment Card Officer at Erste Bank. He graduated at this University in 2012. The topic of his thesis, which he defended with the highest grade, was "Sponsorship as a form of propaganda - examples of domestic and international practices". His masters thesis topic is "City branding - possibilities and obstacles".
He is the co-author of three papers: Logistics in the Function of Customer Service, Integrated Marketing Communications as a function of Brand Development and City Branding - the Modern Concept of Brand Management.
Arton was a Konrad Adenauer Stiftung scholar for the academic year 2011/12 (now Konrad Adenauer alumni) and scholar of the Municipality of Tuzi for the academic year 2010/11. In order to expand his knowledge in many fields, he attended a lot of seminars, trainings, round table discussions and conferences (such as Youth Leadership Seminar; Business communications; Profitable negotiating; Social Media in Action for Peace; Volunteer Your Way to Employment, Bridging Policy and Advocacy - Politicians, Policy Advisers and Researchers as Advocates; Corporate Social Marketing; Balkan Youth Forum '12; Shaping the future of the European Union; Strengthening dialogues in South East Europe; Economy of Montenegro 2010 – status, development trends and aspects; International conference "Youth participation and networking in Montenegro"; Montenegro: EU and Euro-Atlantic integration; Montenegro in Europe – Europe in Montenegro; Parliamentary democracy; Political communications - rhetorics; Youth Policy in Montenegro - the role of student organizations; etc). He posseses three YouthPass certificates.
He participated in the Google Online Marketing Challange and in the Citizen Act competition.
