’m a sports business professional with a passion for social media and the development of sports at the grassroots level. I've recently started to focus on social media and especially ways in which sports teams and athletes can leverage social media to increase their profitability and engage fans. I was featured in the Partnership Rising Stars section of the February ’10 Issue of the Partnership Activation 2.0 newsletter. The Partnership Rising Stars initiative is designed to help young sports professionals (age 30 and under) making a prominent impact early in their careers receive some industry recognition. In April 2010 I was nominated in the Best Sports Business Up and Comer section of the Business of Sports Awards.
