I am the Founder & CEO of DealAxis, building the AI operating system for private market dealmaking. DealAxis brings structure, governance, transparency and intelligence to the way deals get executed and monitored across private markets.

I am a private equity investor and strategic advisor with over 25 years’ experience leading successful investments across Europe, Africa, and India.

I have held leadership roles with CVCI (Citigroup’s emerging markets PE platform) and the Oman Investment Authority (Oman’s main sovereign wealth fund), as well as co-founding pioneering PE initiatives in Africa and India.

I have advised and served on the boards of portfolio companies across multiple sectors.

I work with investors and their portfolio companies to bring strategic rigour, unlock growth, navigate transformation, and deliver successful exits.

With private equity firms and investors, I apply a disciplined investment approach and a proven value creation and exit playbook to maximise returns.

With portfolio companies, I focus on managing capital, driving growth, executing M&A, steering through crises, and preparing for successful exits.

I serve as:

• Non-Executive Partner and Investment Committee Member at INVL PEF II (a EUR 300m fund investing in control transactions in the Baltics and Central Europe),
• at INVL BSGF (a fully deployed EUR 165m fund with a similar strategy),
• and as Senior Advisor to Strix AM (a EUR 1 billion PE platform investing in Greece and South East Europe).
