My name is Anne Sondag.
I am a Fitness professional passionate about helping individuals gain strength and empowerment through setting and achieving goals.
As a personal trainer and group exercise instructor I strongly believe in assisting others in developing a commitment to themselves and their bodies and instilling healthy habits for lifelong achievement.
I am also driven to help the youth of our community engage in fun, active, healthy lifestyles. I am involved in the organization and supervision of programs to create opportunities for children to get excited about getting moving, learning for the sake of learning and adopting positive changes to better themselves and those around them.
I am in love with what I do and seek new projects and other people passionate about creating a healthy community and changing lives.
