Andrew Staniforth

Working at the unique intersection of Sports & Entertainment and Real Estate, Andrew has a proven track record of creating and driving strategic visions and executing on complex projects at Forest City Ratner Companies.

Since joining FCRC in 2011 as an intern, Andrew has worked on residential, retail, and commercial projects throughout New York. Now, as an Assistant Vice President for Strategic Initiatives, Andrew focuses on the sports and entertainment portfolio. He works closely with executive management at FCRC, Barclays Center, and the Brooklyn Nets on business development, structuring of key partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities. In summer 2013, he worked on the successful RFP for Nassau Coliseum, and is now working with the development team to leverage the success of Barclays Center to the reinvented arena and surrounding retail. Andrew is also the point person for financial modeling of sports and entertainment assets.

Andrew is passionate about his work and loves the challenges of working in the fast pace and constantly growing world of sports and entertainment real estate.
