A. Business Development & Client-Relationship Management- I have excellent client relations skills and I know the ins and outs of campaign transactions for both voice and non voice.

B. Staff Training & Professional Development- I am equipped with the right skills in developing a team who will have a healthy and productive work environment.

C. Instructional Design & Training- whether it be a New Hire Orientation or Product Specific training, I know how to facilitate and coordinate all training needs and develop a solid training team.

D. Operations- having been working in the BPO industry since 2007, and who started from the agent position, I have worked with all aspects of operations along the years from KPI to Quality and Improvement side of it.

My over all work experience has exposed me to different types of challenges and gave me an opportunity with a vast number of departments in the BPO world.
