Sridhar is an independent management consultant and business transformation expert. He specialises in advising financial institutions (buy-side, sell-side, institutional investors and family offices) on a range of C-Suite topics such as management of business and operational risks, achieving compliance efficiencies and creating sustainable value in investments.
Sridhar’s prior experience includes working at Grant Thornton, KPMG and Accenture, where he established and led the EMEA advisory practices focused on investment banking and alternative investments, helping clients on organisational mandates such as operational risk and capital adequacy in global systemically important financial institutions, compliance and country risk management at large asset managers and operating models at pension funds.
In recent years, he has conducted extensive research on institutional investment and asset allocation strategies at US, Canadian and Global Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Endowments. He monitors and comments on developments within PE, VC and Real Estate investment firms. He has been widely quoted in the media on key risks facing buy-side and sell-side firms and strategies and operating models they need to take to adapt to changing economic and regulatory environments.
In his spare time, Sridhar supports Cancer Research UK in their efforts to combat various forms of cancer through fund-raising for research and product development and public information support.
