Audrey Johnson's extensive background in career counseling, human resources and executive recruitment dates back to when, as a volunteer college guidance counselor, she helped direct young people to productive careers. Audrey graduated with a degree in Business Management and Computer Science from the State University of New York. Upon graduation, she accepted a graduate scholarship to Harvard University, where she received a certificate in Public Administration.
From Harvard, Audrey began a career in Human Resources--first at the Dime Savings Bank in New York, then at California First Bank (now Union Bank) in San Francisco. Her duties included recruitment of all levels of executive, mid-management and administrative employees in the Technology, Finance, and Accounting fields.
Audrey Johnson started her first Executive Recruiting Agency, Strategic Services Network, and LLC. California. She placed C level people for major companies such as Disney, Amgen, Blue Cross, Kaiser, Bank of America, Union Bank, Warner Brothers, AIG, Kaufman and Broad and many other fortune 500 companies
