Hello and welcome,

Here is a little about me.

I started playing the violin at the age of 5 whilst leaving in Hong Kong, Mumbai, Paris and Singapore. At the age of 16, I started singing in musicals. I waited until my 18th birthday to seriously start studying classical singing. Back to Paris for my Law studies, I auditioned for vocal studies in a conservatory in Paris.

I obtained my Bachelor in law at Assas University - Paris 2 and soon after I graduated with high honours in Vocal performance at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris (DEM).

I had to make a choice and I chose music. Yet, my singing technique was still developing and I had so much more to learn. So I continued my training independently. I worked my singing technique with mezzo-soprano Isabelle Henriquez who was a revelation for me and introduced me to her mentor, David Jones. I studied stage movement and direction at Université Saint Denis - Paris 8 with professor Carmelo Agnello. I also followed a year of Lied masterclasses at Brussels conservatory where I was privileged to work with the late Udo Reinemann and with his other charismatic musician friends such as Hartmut Höll.

Four years later, it was time for me to go back into a real structure. I had grown and knew very clearly what I needed. I graduated from The Royal Academy of Music of London where I worked with Catherine Wyn-Rogers and vocal coach Audrey Hyland, with drama coach John Ramster and all the other inspiring teachers and artists that this historic place provides to its students.

I arrived there with a different background; with professional experiences based on modern creations like Rekviem3, a creation inspired by the book “Requiem of Terezin” by Josef Bor and based on Verdi’s Requiem.

With the Royal Academy opera scenes and competitions, I have sung extracts of roles including Dorabella (Così fan tutte), Hermia (Midsummer night’s dream), Angelina (La Cenerentola), Dejanira (Hercules) and Conception (l’Heure Espagnole).

I also benefit of a solid experience with the Royal Academy Opera productions The Rake’s Progress by Stravinsky and May Night by Rimsky-Korsakov.

In September 2015, I took part in a masterclass with Christophe Rousset organised by the International Rameau Ensemble in London. I was Armide in Lully eponym opera.

I live now in NYC, working with my mentor David Jones.
