Austin Lipus is a Cybersecurity and Network Security Professional based in Pennsylvania, specializing in IT support, Microsoft 365 security, network infrastructure, and endpoint protection. With real-world experience in managed service provider (MSP) environments, Austin delivers secure, scalable solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across industries including healthcare, education, and nonprofit organizations.
Currently working as a Network & Security Technician, Austin focuses on cybersecurity best practices, threat detection, incident response, and cloud security, helping organizations strengthen their defenses against modern cyber threats. His technical expertise includes Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint security tools, network troubleshooting, and system administration.
Austin holds multiple industry certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+, as well as the ISC² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) credential. He is actively expanding his skill set in cloud computing, identity and access management (IAM), and enterprise IT security, working toward advanced certifications and long-term growth in cybersecurity and infrastructure roles.
In addition to his professional work, Austin is a cybersecurity community leader and organizer. He serves as a Junior Organizer for PA Hackers, where he helps coordinate local cybersecurity meetups, networking events, and hands-on learning opportunities for aspiring IT and security professionals.
Outside of technology, Austin is a dedicated family man—father to an 11-year-old, a 10-year-old stepdaughter, and a newborn son, alongside his fiancée. He enjoys traveling across the United States (37 states visited), video games, 3D printing, kayaking, fishing, soccer, drone flying, and outdoor activities, with a strong focus on spending quality time with family.
