Since starting in the field of Human Services, I have worked with the mentally ill, the HIV population, former substance abusers and formerly incarcerated men and women. It gives me great sense of purpose knowing that I have helped someone overcome the barriers preventing them from obtaining and maintaining stable housing. In the future, I hope to gain experience working with the elderly, disabled and veteran populations as I continue growing professionally. I currently work full time and attend college but I enjoy traveling and outdoor activities when the weather and time permits. I am a very compassionate and humble person but can also be outgoing and adventurous. My sons mean the world to me and I have the love and support of my amazing life partner/best friend- I strive to be a better person because of them every day. I can consider myself blessed because I count myself a blessing to others.

Currently a crusader for the advancement of treatment for spinal chord injuries and ending parental alienation. Both causes are near to my heart.
