I am a Mediator working in the area of Company/Organisational mediation. Having been the Human Resoures Manager for several large organisations, I became interested in Mediation as an alternative form of conflict resolution.
Medition is a unique, confidential, speedy and cost effective way to resolve Company/Staff disputes. The parties enter into discussions voluntarily. They become the 'Architects' of the resolution. A mutually acceptable agreement offers the best likelihood of success.
