Beatriz Rangel

Beatriz is a Talent Acquisition Professional at Allstate Insurance Corporation. She leads financial recruiting and sourcing initiatives for the Talent Acquisition Team of Allstate. Prior to Allstate, Beatriz was an Experienced Associate in the Assurance and Financial Advisory practice of Crowe Horwath LLP and an Associate in the Audit and Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. She worked with clients in the Manufacturing, Consumers and Industrial Products and Services industry group.

Beatriz is the Student and Recruitment Lead for ALPFA Chicago. Through her role, she manages the relationships with professors, sponsors and students of the ALPFA Student Chapters. She has presented on topics such as Resume Writing, Interviewing, Networking and Mentorship.
