As a child, I was equally interested in mathematics and literature. Numbers and equations were fun; but also words and stories.

Therefore, first I followed my passion for mathematics: I studied analytical and quantitative methods for bringing solutions to (socio)-technical problems. Then stories attracted me: I wanted to learn why these problems emerge at all.

By this way, I have developed the ability to bring an in-and-out-side look on problems and analyze them in a multidimensional methodology. I now know that before focusing on the "how to" question as an engineer, all the "why's and what's" should be analyzed for a good solution in the long term.
