Dr. Bernadette Wright is Director of Research & Evaluation at Meaningful Evidence, LLC, a firm that helps community organizations, non-profits, and businesses with data analysis, research design, program evaluation, policy research, and grant writing, so they can use that information to increase their effectiveness.
With a research career of nearly 20 years, she has written over 35 peer-reviewed papers/publicly available client reports. In addition, she has delivered over 50 presentations at national/regional events such as the Complex Systems, Health Disparities, and Population Health: Building Bridges Conference at the National Institutes of Health and the 2014 Aging in America conference in San Diego.
Before starting her own company, Dr. Wright was Consultant/Senior Associate at The Lewin Group. Previously, she was Policy Research Analyst at AARP Public Policy Institute. Her research experience has covered a broad range of topics, including health care, human services, aging and disability, and racial and social equity. She earned her PhD in Public Policy, Evaluation and Analytical Methods from the University of Maryland.
