PhD Candidate in Coventry, United Kingdom
My name is Bozhena but everyone calls me Bo. I was born in Ukraine and have lived in the UK for the last ten years, pursuing my dream of learning all there is about information systems management and becoming a lecturer in digital innovation.
Currently I am a Doctoral Researcher at the Information Systems & Management Group, Warwick Business School, researching the ways digital ventures scale across regional boundaries through the process of "generative pattern replication". In the past I also looked into newly-emerging technology-enabled practices that my supervisors and I called "future shaping practices". Aside from that, I am interested in social technologies, as well as social and urban innovation, and my latest passion is collaborative consumption/sharing economy.
I speak Ukrainian, Russian, tiny bit of French, and I keep telling myself that I will master Turkish one day.
I am at my best when working in a team, and I really enjoy meeting new people, especially when it comes to confusing them with my British accent :)
