Health is my passion. I want to hone this field by incorporating multiple areas of health into my wellness philosophy. My role as a wellness professional will be to: allocate resources and implement programs that advocate for vulnerable communities so they can make informed decisions about their livelihood. I aim to provide cultural awareness and a spiritual approach as a means to inform, treat, and prevent illness.

Health Promotion- community wellness programming for immigrants and visible minority groups (specifically African Americans)

Spiritual/Emotional Wellbeing- stress management, energy balancing, life coaching

Fitness- mind/body, yoga, pre/post natal, personal training

-religious/spiritual/cultural perspectives on health and healing
-health literacy and immigrant quality of care

-Black women's reproductive health and advocacy

-working towards a postgraduate certificate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion to compliment my Religious Studies degree
