I have over 7 years of experience in the public transit industry at a very small government agency. The agency's team of five people has been tasked with performing all the tasks for four agencies. I was hired as the Transit Planner for its transit agency responsibilities. Because I am the primary planner for its transit services, I have become well versed in all aspects of operations (marketing, policy analysis, service change implementation, customer service, conflict resolution, and even the unofficial IT technician, etc.).
Then in January 2015, my transportation planning chapter closed and a new chapter opened. I am now a Customer Success Specialist at PandaDoc, a San Francisco based SaaS startup. Let the journey begin!
