¡Hola! I am a bilingual Career and Leadership, Performance Coach, and HR Consultant. I’m also a military spouse with more than 18 years of experience in the education field and 13+ years of experience in HR.

After a couple of PCS (Permanent Change of Stations), I learned how creating a solid personal brand was the key to accomplishing my career goals. Therefore, my purpose in coaching other professionals is to develop a reliable brand to evolve in a competitive, unstable, globalized world. My passion is to create innovative projects and brands that enhance and empower new leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
