Brendan Richard graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He went on to achieve his MBA in management and operations from the Rollins College Crummer School of Business. Mr. Richard currently attends the University of Central Florida’s PhD in Methodology, Measurement & Analysis program with research interests in: Innovation, Crowdsourcing, Tourism & Hospitality, and Mentoring.
Brendan has professional experience within the communications circuitry and high speed end mill industries. He oversaw subcontractor efforts for the Joint Strike Fighter training program at Lockheed Martin Global Training & Logistics. At Lockheed Martin Brendan managed multi-million dollar subcontracts; analyzing terms, conditions and business risks, negotiating with suppliers, and monitoring subcontract performance. Recently Brendan taught as an adjunct instructor of management at the University of Central Florida, teaching subjects including: strategic management, negotiations, human resources and ethics.
Brendan is active in the Central Florida community, he has held the positions of an MBA ambassador for Rollins College, the Chair of the social committee at the Citrus Club, and the Director of Collegiate Relations for the Central Florida chapter of the American Marketing Association. Brendan currently serves as Vice-Chair on the Rollins College Alumni Central Florida chapter.
